1.Name of Cyber Cell:- RPF/Cyber Cell/ECoR/Bhubaneswar is situated in Rail Sadan, the headquarter of East Coast Railway, situated at Nandan kanan Road in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
2.Date of inauguration: - 30.07.2020
3.Staff strength: - IPF/01, SIPF/01, ASIPF/03, Total=05
4. Infrastructure :- One air conditioned well furnished room having furniture, Cupboard Almirah, separate internet connection, 10 KV power backup, communication facilities etc.
5. Hardware and software used:- Cyber Cell Bhubaneswar is well equipped with hardware and software used in forensic analysis of digital evidence which are helpful in investigation of cases, work station, CDR analyzer etc.
6.Specialization :-

i) Detection of touts involved in illegal business of Railway E-Tickets.

ii) Give assistance to the Enquiry officer in the raid of tout cases for collection of digital evidence in the

cases of Railway Act, RP (UP) Act and other cases .

iii) Forensic Analysis of the seized digital devices.

iv) Continuously conducting cyber patrolling against sellers and super sellers of illegal software

for booking Tatkal e- tickets through Social media, youtube channel and Telegram channels.

v) Cyber Patrolling against Human trafficking.

7.Case Handled-

i) Number of cases detected against illegal business of Railway e- tickets on the basis of input given by

Cyber Cell in the Year 2021-40 cases & in the year 2022 - 25 cases.

ii) Forensic analysis of case property:- Year 2021 - 13 cases, in 2022 upto April - 09 cases.
